Colorado’s More Sophisticated Side
Aspen sits along the southeast end of the Roaring Fork Valley and is surrounded by mountainous wilderness on all sides. High-end dining and boutique shopping opportunities are abundant in downtown Aspen, but magnificent scenery steals the show. If you love skiing, you’ll find adventure galore in Aspen and in nearby Snowmass Village. But my favorite time to visit Aspen is in the fall when the foliage is in full technicolor splendor.
